Cricket West Indies President Dr. Kishore Shallow has reprimanded Barbados Cricket Affiliation (BCA) President Conde Riley over “severe breach of belief” and bringing “your complete CWI organisation into disrepute.”
In a strongly worded letter to Riley, Shallow outlined a number of points, which he stated mirrored poorly on the Bajan’s stewardship.
Shallow described the looks of Riley on the Mason and Visitor radio present on Sept. 26 when he claimed that Barbados had been awarded the rights by the Worldwide Cricket Council to host the ultimate of the 2024 T20 Cricket World Cup as probably the most areas.
The World Cup is being held within the West Indies and USA, with Barbados, Trinidad and Guyana reportedly vying to host the ultimate. Nonetheless, no announcement has been made by the ICC or CWI concerning the venue for the ultimate.

Shallow urged Riley to familiarise himself with Article 51 of the Memorandum and Articles of Affiliation of CWI and the Code of Ethics for the board of administrators.
Shallow added, “This letter is issued with the expectation that you simply obtain it with due gravity, CWI is a corporation with sterling status, and as administrators, we should act responsibly, in good religion and to take care of the most effective curiosity of CWI. Our collective actions should constantly uphold the best requirements of CWI.”
