A Jamaican man was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in jail earlier this week for distributing little one pornography in Wisconsin, United States.
On Monday, United States Lawyer for the Western District of Wisconsin Timothy M. O’Shea introduced that Rajiiv Isree, 32, a Jamaican citizen who was dwelling in Baraboo, Wisconsin, was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Decide James D. Peterson to 78 months in jail for distributing little one pornography.
Isree is prone to be deported following his launch from jail, but when he isn’t, the jail time period might be adopted by 10 years of supervised launch. Isree pleaded responsible to this cost on August 7, 2023.
On July 2, 2022, a 15-year-old woman reported that she had been sexually assaulted by Isree, in response to the Justice Department.
Additional investigation confirmed that the defendant filmed the assault and despatched her a video of it. Regulation enforcement discovered further movies of the defendant engaged in sexual exercise with the minor sexually the woman on the defendant’s telephone.
