UNITED NATIONS, CMC—The outgoing President of the United Nations Normal Meeting (UNGA), Dennis Francis, is due in Guyana on Wednesday for a three-day official go to.
The UN stated that the go to was on the invitation of Guyana’s International Affairs and Worldwide Cooperation, Hugh Hilton Todd.
It stated that in his go to, Francis, Trinidad and Tobago’s ambassador to the United Nations, will maintain bilat and Todd.
He may also meet with Gail Teixeira, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Governance, Pauline Sukhai, Minister of Amerindian Affairs, and Zulfikar Mustapha, Minister of Agriculture of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
He may also meet with the Speaker of the Nationwide Meeting and Members of Parliament.

He may also deal with a “Misinformation/Disinformation for Youth within the Digital Period” session organized by the UN/UNICEF. An open discussion board with representatives from academia, the non-public sector, and civil society teams can be on the agenda, and the PGA is anticipated to ship remarks.
