With Jamaican and Barbadian blood operating by her veins, Brooklyn Assemblywoman Monique Chandler-Waterman values her Caribbean roots and was excited for the chance to have a unifying Pre-Labor Day Kick-off, highlighting management throughout the Caribbean Diaspora.
This star-studded “It’s not a I factor; it’s a We Ting,” convening passed off at Backyard 54, at 314 East 54th Road, within the coronary heart of Meeting District 58, comprising practically 90 p.c of Caribbean immigrants.
