GEORGETOWN, Guyana, CMC – The Guyana-based Caribbean Neighborhood (CARICOM) Secretariat says it has began a collection of discussions with the management of the regional civil society stakeholders because the Secretariat seeks to evaluation its course of for the engagement of the social companions.
