    Almira Rodgers, who was James’s neighbor in South Rivers, a preferred village within the North Central Windward constituency in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, mentioned he remembered James when he was a police officer at house.

    James, who was born on Jan. 26, 1918, is the son and final youngster of the late Weston and Adina James in South Rivers.

    As a boy, he mentioned he grew up in a “comparatively poor and stringent atmosphere”, crediting his sister, Eulyn, for his upbringing after his mom’s loss of life, when he was solely 5 months previous.
