WASHINGTON, CMC—America Division of State has confirmed that Barbados is the lone Caribbean Neighborhood (CARICOM) nation attending this week’s Americas Partnership for Financial Prosperity (Americas Partnership) overseas affairs observe Ministerial assembly.
