The College of the West Indies (The UWI), via its Faculty of Graduate Research & Analysis (SGSR) and the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social & Financial Research (SALISES) is collaborating with the Social Justice (SO-JUST) Challenge in Jamaica to host a nationwide Social Justice Incapacity Convention. The convention, themed Fairness in Motion – Advancing Justice for Individuals with Disabilities will likely be held at The UWI, Regional Headquarters, Jamaica from November 13 to 14.
The SO-JUST Challenge is a seven-year social justice reform initiative funded by the Authorities of Canada and applied by the collaborative efforts of the United Nations Improvement Programme (UNDP), the Authorities of Jamaica and civil society companions.
