A person has been arrested in reference to a violent sexual assault that occurred earlier this week in Miami, authorities introduced Saturday.
In line with the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Workplace (MDSO) Particular Victims Bureau, investigators recognized 41-year-old Daysnel Hernandez because the suspect within the July 3 incident close to 777 NW 72 Avenue.
Detectives say Hernandez approached a white feminine sufferer and struck her at the back of the pinnacle with a rock. He then allegedly lined her mouth and held a screwdriver to her neck, forcing her to carry out sexual acts towards her will.
Utilizing investigative methods, MDSO detectives have been in a position to monitor down and positively establish Hernandez because the suspect. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged.
