It has been a tricky week on the TTC, with streetcar and subway shutdowns, service cancellations because of safety points, and overcrowded shuttle buses. However wait, it’s Christmas, and one very tall pan artist has been imbuing some happiness into the downtrodden commuters.
Sporting an elf hat, the Caribbean Digicam caught up with him close to the Eglinton North subway platform simply as he was as he was making ready to launch into his gleeful musical choices.
Carlis Majid Afram is a long-time licensed Toronto subway busker identified for his soulful music and charming performances. A gifted multi-instrumentalist, Afram quickly introduced smiles to the a whole bunch of subway riders passing by.
