SOUTH FLORIDA – Miami Carnival’s Board of Administrators and our group are devastated by the sudden passing of Antiguan singer, songwriter, entertainer, and entrepreneur Ricardo Drue, a headliner at our Carnival Live performance this previous October.
Ricardo graced our stage a number of occasions all through the final decade, leaving an indelible mark along with his infectious power and voice. Identified for his highly effective soca songs, together with “Final One Standing,” “Twister,” “Vagabond,” and so many extra, Ricardo held a particular place in our Miami Carnival household, and his absence shall be keenly felt throughout your complete Carnival group.
