Sale of Intoxicating Liquor
Pursuant to the Liquor License Act Cap. 13.17 of the legal guidelines of Saint Lucia, individuals who provide intoxicating liquor on the market should have the related liquor license. Present holders of expired licenses should renew such licenses instantly.
The Saint Lucia Customs and Excise Division is within the means of embarking on a compliance drive to implement the provisions of this Act. Individuals found promoting intoxicating liquor with out the related license are liable to prosecution and any liquor discovered on the premises might be liable to seizure.
