    America Division of State says Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday held temporary talks with Jamaica Prime Minister Andrew Holness.

    State Division Spokesperson Tammy Bruce mentioned Rubio and Holness mentioned “key regional points and the robust US-Jamaica partnership.

    “Secretary Rubio underscored the necessary historic and cultural ties between america and Jamaica, together with the colourful Jamaican Diaspora,” Bruce mentioned.

    “Each leaders inspired additional strengthening of safety cooperation whereas highlighting Jamaica’s efforts to disrupt illicit trafficking and fight organized crime,” she added.

    Claiming that American management is again within the Western Hemisphere, the brand new United States Secretary of State mentioned earlier this month that US President Donald J. Trump is paying nearer to the Caribbean and different regional nations in his overseas coverage agenda.
