The Royal Grenada Police Power (RGPF) has reported {that a} retired airline pilot from the USA has been arrested and charged for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Reviews are that Richard Cyrus Lockman, a 66-year-old citizen of Minnesota, confronted prices after a test at Maurice Bishop Worldwide Airport led to the invention of a Smith & Wesson 9mm Pistol and 4 rounds of ammunition in his baggage.
Search results in extra ammunition on yacht
Following the airport discovery, RGPF officers accompanied Lockman to his yacht at La Phare Bleu, St George.
A radical search revealed 23 rounds of ammunition and 6 warheads.
Courtroom look and responsible plea
Lockman appeared earlier than the St George’s Justice of the Peace’s Courtroom on January 15. He pleaded responsible to the costs leveled in opposition to him.
He was fined EC$4,000, which was paid.
