The assembly was organised by the CARICOM Implementation Company for Crime and Safety (IMPACS) and the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament and Growth in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNLIREC) in collaboration with the federal government of Saint Lucia and the assist of the Authorities of Canada.
