    Kes drops ‘Miracle’ video – Caribbean Life

    Soca sensation and ambassador Kes has unveiled the highly-anticipated music video for his chart-topping single, “Miracle.”

    “The observe, which goals to seize the essence of affection and celebration inherent in carnival tradition, guarantees to be a memorable addition to the soca music panorama,” Brooklyn leisure publicist Ronnie Tomlinson informed Caribbean Life on Friday shortly after the one’s launch.

    “’Miracle’ is a multi-dimensional love track wrapped in power-soca,” mentioned the Jamaican-born chief govt officer of Destine Media. “It’s a testomony to the transformative energy of affection, each for the carnival and for interpersonal connections.”

    Kes mentioned: “We needed to create a track that speaks to the love we now have for each other and for the competition itself, acknowledging its significance in our lives.”

    Tomlinson mentioned the one, characterised by its excessive tempo and uplifting beats, falls below the style of power-soca, “designed to accompany masqueraders as they revel within the carnival festivities.”

    Nonetheless, past its infectious rhythm, she mentioned “Miracle” delves into “deeper themes of euphoria and religious awakening, encapsulating the profound feelings related to carnival in Trinidad.”

    The accompanying music video, directed by Oliver Milne, attracts inspiration from Kes’s private experiences.

    “The video is a homage to my first expertise crossing the stage with a band,” Kes mentioned. “Regardless of not being formally part of a carnival band and dealing with challenges, it was a memorable second stuffed with love and camaraderie.”

    Set in opposition to the colourful backdrop of carnival celebrations, Tomlinson mentioned the video serves as a “visible narrative of affection and connection, with the competition serving as the right setting for love to unfold.”
