    SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris arrived in Puerto Rico on Friday as a part of a whirlwind journey to tout the federal assist the U.S. territory has acquired following lethal hurricanes and attend a Democratic fundraiser.
