KINGSTON, Jamaica, CMC—Two workplace attendants at King’s Home, the Governor Normal’s official residence, have filed lawsuits contending that their constitutional rights are being breached as a result of they’re being prevented from persevering with of their roles.
The 2, Valrie Marsh Bennett and Signorina Raymond, are claiming that since October 2021, they’ve been hindered from returning to work as a result of they’ve failed to supply COVID-19 check outcomes.
They’re in search of declarations that they’re struggling monetary hardships. Since April 2022, they haven’t obtained their salaries and are blocked from getting into the King’s Home premises.
