KINGSTON, Jamaica, CMC—The Jamaica authorities on Monday named two veteran diplomats as its envoys to Belgium and the 15-member Caribbean Neighborhood (CARICOM) grouping.

The federal government named Diedre Mills ambassador-designate to the Kingdom of Belgium and head of mission to the European Union and Ambassador Esmond Reid the nation’s plenipotentiary consultant to CARICOM.
