    Openers Mikyle Louis and Kadeem Henry delivered distinctive batting performances, scoring centuries, to steer a powerful fightback for the Leeward Islands Hurricanes in opposition to the T&T Crimson Drive on day three of the West Indies Championship at Warner Park in St. Kitts.

    Louis belted 110 runs, his fourth First-Class hundred, whereas Henry, taking part in solely his third first-class recreation, celebrated with a well-crafted even century.

    Their efforts carried the Hurricanes to 317-3, trailing by 212 runs, in response to Crimson Drive’s commanding first-inning complete of 529-5 declared.

    The duo laid the muse for the Hurricanes’ restoration with a dominant 220-run opening partnership.

    Karima Gore remained unbeaten on 41 on the shut of play, whereas Jewel Andrew was not out on 26.

    At Kensington Oval: The Barbados Satisfaction capped off a nine-wicket victory over the Jamaica Scorpions to seal their second win of the Championship.

    Resuming day three at 26-1, the Scorpions collapsed to 180 all out, with Javelle Glenn top-scoring with 66. Jomel Warrican led the Satisfaction’s bowling assault with 3-42.

    It was a disappointing second-inning batting show from the Jamaicans, as they misplaced wickets commonly.

    Kirk McKenzie was the primary to fall within the second over, including only one run to his in a single day rating of 14. Jermaine Blackwood departed quickly after for a golden duck, leaving the Scorpions struggling at 33-3.

    Captain John Campbell tried to regular the innings however was dismissed for 25 after including 26 runs alongside Javelle Glenn. Brad Barnes, with 14, then partnered with Glenn, contributing to a 46-run fourth-wicket stand earlier than falling to Satisfaction captain Kraigg Brathwaite.

    Daniel Beckford on 9 and Odean Smith on 15 departing in fast succession. Glenn top-scored with a resilient 66 from 109 balls earlier than he fell to Warrican.

    Jeavor Royal supplied 29 off 17 deliveries earlier than the innings ended at 180 in 55 overs, setting the Satisfaction a modest goal of 119 runs for victory.

    Barbados Satisfaction cruised to 121-1 in 33.5 overs with Jonathan Drakes’ 52 not out and an unbeaten 47 from captain Kraigg Brathwaite.
