UNITED NATIONS, CMC – United Nations Secretary Basic, António Guterres, has named Mexican nationwide, Carlos G. Ruiz Massieu, as his new Particular Consultant for Haiti and Head of the United Nations Built-in Workplace in Haiti (BINUH).
