PORT AU PRINCE, Haiti, CMC—Haiti’s new everlasting consultant to the Group of American States (OAS), Ambassador Myrtha Désulmé, offered her credentials to OAS Secretary Common Luis Almagro throughout a ceremony held on the Group’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Through the ceremony, Desulmé said that “ the OAS has a key position in strengthening hemispheric solidarity and discovering lasting options to the crises that have an effect on us.
