Grenadian-born dentist Dr. Joseph Radix, Mrs. Mends’s nephew, and his spouse, Barbadian-born Justice Sylvia Hinds-Radix, hosted a grand birthday bash on the Radix’s residence in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
