KINGSTON, Jamaica, CMC – Jamaican footballer Hugh Howell tragically collapsed and died on Sunday whereas scrimmaging.
The 39-year-old Howell, referred to as a hard-tackling enforcer, represented Waterhouse FC and Humble Lion within the Jamaican Premier League (JPL).
