The Japanese Caribbean Preparatory Assembly was launched within the presence of Sylvanie Burton, President of Dominica, with the in-person and digital participation of Ministers and senior personnel for Social Growth, Surroundings and Finance from English-speaking member and affiliate member states of the Group of Japanese Caribbean States (OECS), in addition to Barbados.
