ST JOHN’S, Antigua, CMC – Cricket West Indies (CWI) president Dr Kishore Shallow has praised the West Indies males’s workforce after their historic victory over Pakistan within the second Check at Multan on Monday.
The 120-run victory on the Multan Cricket Stadium marked the workforce’s first Check win in Pakistan since 1990.
They had been led by Participant-of-the-Match and Participant-of-the-Collection Jomel Warrican, who completed with a record-equalling 19 wickets within the two-Check sequence.
In hailing the momentous achievement, Dr Shallow mentioned the victory was a testomony to the West Indies’ “abilities and combating spirit.”
“This victory is a testomony to the talents, willpower, and combating spirit that outline West Indies cricket.
