Pursuing free motion by March 2024
A big milestone on CARICOM’s agenda is the implementation of free motion for all CARICOM nationals throughout the group.
Dr. Barnett stated the main target is now on efforts to implement the free motion of all CARICOM nationals throughout the Group by March 2024 as decided by Heads of Authorities.
