SANTIAGO, CMC—The Financial Fee for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) says the seventh assembly of the Discussion board of the Nations of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Improvement will happen at its headquarters right here from April 15 to 18.
