On Saturday, BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, CMC – Tourism Minister Ian Gooding-Edghill introduced that US-based service Delta Airways is about to renew flights to the island efficient November 21, eight years after suspending operations.
Throughout a press convention, Golding-Edghill stated Delta will supply seven days per week of service from Atlanta, Georgia, and a weekly flight on Saturdays from New York beginning December 23.
Working with the 737-900 plane, Delta’s new each day service from Atlanta to Barbados is scheduled to depart Atlanta at 9:45 a.m.(native time), arriving in Barbados at 3:20 p.m.
The return flight from Barbados will depart at 4:40 p.m. and arrive in Atlanta at 9 p.m.
Moreover, the Saturday-only flight from JFK will depart at 8:15 a.m. and arrive in Barbados at 2 p.m. The return leg will depart the island at 3:25 p.m. and land at JFK at 7:35 p.m.
Each companies are deliberate to function till April 2025.
