Autopsies have disclosed the reason for dying for the 5 Guyana Defence Drive (GDF) troopers who tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash last week.
The examinations, carried out on Monday by authorities pathologist Dr. Nehaul Singh, indicated that the troopers succumbed to a number of accidents and extreme burns.
The autopsies have been witnessed by a senior official of the Guyana Police Drive.
Reviews are that two GDF servicemen, co-pilot Lt. Andio Crawford, and Corporal Dwayne Jackson, survived the horrific occasion that befell within the Essequibo area on December 6.
