New York Lawyer Common Letitia James on Wednesday joined a coalition of 17 different attorneys common in condemning President Trump for unlawfully deploying the California Nationwide Guard towards protestors in California, with out coordination with state management.
“The president’s resolution to federalize and deploy California’s Nationwide Guard with out the consent of California state leaders is illegal, unconstitutional, and undemocratic,” they stated in a joint assertion.
