ROSEAU, Dominica, CMC – Training ministers from the Organisation of Jap Caribbean States (OECS) are set to start a two-day assembly right here on Thursday geared toward advancing the objectives outlined within the OECS Training Sector Technique (OESS) 2012–2026.
Developed in response to the distinctive wants of Small Island Creating States (SIDS), the OESS gives a roadmap for harmonised and impactful training reform throughout member states of the sub-regional grouping.
