Seventy-five (75) faculties within the parish of Manchester have been empowered to reinforce their civic schooling efforts after receiving bodily copies of the Structure of Jamaica from the Ministry of Authorized and Constitutional Affairs (MLCA) in the course of the 2025 Ceremonial Reopening of Faculties, held at DeCarteret Faculty on Friday, September 12, 2025.
