MIRAMR – The Metropolis of Miramar will honor Broward County Commissioner Alexandra P. Davis by renaming the Metropolis’s Multi-Service Complicated in her title, recognizing her years of service, management, and dedication to the neighborhood.
Commissioner Davis was first elected to the Miramar Metropolis Fee in 2010 and went on to function Vice Mayor. She spearheaded initiatives that strengthened public security, expanded youth alternatives, and superior cultural celebrations similar to Afro-Carib Competition, now a signature occasion in Miramar.
At present, as Broward County Commissioner for District 7, Davis continues to champion development and regional collaboration.
“Commissioner Davis has been a tireless champion for Miramar, dedicating her profession to making sure that our residents have entry to sources, alternatives, and a vibrant neighborhood life,” mentioned Miramar Metropolis Supervisor Dr. Roy Virgin. “It is just becoming that this facility, one which touches so many lives, bear her title as an enduring reminder of her legacy and repair.”
