International Affairs, International Commerce, Tradition, and Immigration Minister Francis Fonseca, who signed the settlement with Kristi Noem, Secretary of the U.S. Division of Homeland Safety, said that the target of the brand new partnership is to reinforce border safety and public security by the sharing of data.
