KINGSTON, Jamaica, CMC – The police have charged a 24-year-old man with the homicide of veteran journalist Barbara Gayle. He’s Travis Phillip Ellis from the central parish of St. Catherine.
Together with the homicide of Gayle, Ellis can also be charged with theft with aggravation about the identical incident.
Gayle, who made her mark as a courtroom reporter with The Gleaner, was murdered, and her physique was found at her residence within the Caymanas Property nation membership in St. Catherine on December 17.
