The Caribbean Neighborhood (CARICOM) Heads of Authorities met with the Haitian Transitional Presidential Council (TPC) and the Prime Minister of Haiti on Friday, 1 November 2024 to obtain an replace on coordination between the interim authorities and the TPC.
The assembly with CARICOM Heads of Authorities at present follows a collection of talks between the Eminent Individuals Group with members of the TPC and the interim authorities. CARICOM continues to actively have interaction with the Government management of the Republic of Haiti on the development of the transitional governance course of and continues to assist Haitian-led efforts in the direction of the strengthening of Haitian governance mechanisms and preparations totally free and truthful elections.
