On Monday, CARICOM voiced “deep concern” about escalating public disagreements between Leslie Voltaire, President professional tempore of Haiti’s Transitional Council, and Performing Prime Minister Garry Conille, warning that the discord threatens Haiti’s fragile transitional course of.
