Colombia’s largest airline, Avianca will begin direct flights to and from Guyana from December 11.
The provider will function two weekly flights between the Cheddi Jagan Worldwide Airport in Guyana and El Dorado Worldwide Airport in Bogotá.
The brand new route can be operated by Airbus A320 plane with a capability of 180 passengers, providing over 700 seats per week. Avianca will fly into Georgetown on Tuesdays and Saturdays and fly out on Wednesdays and Sundays.
