    A family legacy of authentic Jamaican cuisine expands in Hempstead – Caribbean Life

    HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. — Tropical Jerk, a well-liked restaurant serving genuine Jamaican delicacies, has grow to be a beloved fixture within the Hempstead community. Based in 2004 by Norman Frater in Jerusalem, N.Y., the restaurant’s dedication to conventional flavors shortly turned a family-run success story.
