    The plaintiffs asserted claims for copyright infringement of the musical composition of “Electrical Avenue“ (Rely I) and copyright infringement of the sound recording of “Electrical Avenue“ (Rely II). The Courtroom denied the defendants’ movement to dismiss in an Opinion and Order dated Sept. 28, 2021.

    The events then filed cross-motions for partial abstract judgment.

    The defendants then moved for abstract judgment, dismissing Rely II of the grievance as a result of the plaintiffs lacked a sound copyright registration for the sound recording of “Electrical Avenue.”

    The plaintiffs moved for abstract judgment on the problem of legal responsibility.

    The Courtroom heard oral argument on the movement on Sept.  6, 2024.
