All costs in opposition to Antiguan parliamentarian Dean Jonas have been dismissed. Jonas was the Member of Parliament for St George and Minister of Social Transformation and Gender
The dismissal comes as a result of police’s failure to serve the brand new costs on Jonas and a violation of his constitutional rights beneath Part 15, which mandates that an individual should be afforded a good listening to inside an inexpensive time.
