Curaçao has formally joined the Caribbean Neighborhood (CARICOM) as its sixth Affiliate Member, marking a big step in its regional integration. Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas of Curaçao emphasised that the island’s membership won’t battle with its obligations to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
