PORT AU PRINCE, Haiti, CMC—The federal government of Haiti has introduced Christine Lamothe’s appointment as the brand new Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Haiti within the neighboring Dominican Republic.
Ambassador Lamonthe, a seasoned diplomat with six years of service on the Haitian Embassy in Brazil, has taken over the position from Luc Garvey Jean-Pierre.
Whereas in Brazil, she held varied high-responsibility positions, and in 2021, she was transferred to the Haitian diplomatic mission in Santo Domingo.
Lamothe accomplished a lot of her secondary research within the Dominican Republic till she departed for Mexico along with her father, Man Lamothe, who was appointed Ambassador of Haiti to Mexico.
Whereas in Mexico, she pursued research in worldwide relations and specialised in immigration points and organizational administration.
