    On Juneteenth (June 19), the Jamaica Middle for Arts and Studying (JCAL), hosted “Juneteenth: In Our Phrases,” the third within the four-part occasion collection Queens Rising, an annual beacon of cultural celebration, devoted to illuminating the colourful tapestry of Queens, New York.
