The London-based Privy Council has dominated in favor of two Barbuda residents, affirming their attraction in opposition to the Improvement Management Authority and others relating to the proposed building of an airstrip on the island.
The Privy Council upheld the attraction, recognizing the appellants’ considerations about environmental points and breaches of the 2003 Act associated to the event allow.
