Donnalee Samantha Salmon was one of two Jamaican nationals who had been on the run for the past week, after escaping the Immigration Department’s Detention Centre.
Studies are that their methodology of escape concerned breaking a rest room window.
Sentencing of Howell
Tiffanie Stephanie Howell, 30, was handed a seven-month jail sentence by the Justice of the Peace Courtroom on Tuesday for escaping lawful custody.
She pleaded responsible to the cost that carries a most one-year jail time period.
Awaiting deportation
Each Salmon and Howell had been awaiting deportation to their homeland, Jamaica, on the time of their escape.
Salmon is predicted to look in court docket later this week.
