BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, CMC – The Barbados-based Caribbean Growth Financial institution (CDB) Tuesday paid tribute to its founding President, Sir Arthur Lewis, whom it described as a pioneer of regional improvement, who would have celebrated his 109th birthday at this time.
