A fifth individual has been charged within the kidnapping and homicide case of Jamaican politician Phillip Paulwell’s 10-month-old daughter and her mom.

In a separate case, Black has additionally been charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorized possession of ammunition, and dealing in prohibited weapons.

Others charged in murder-kidnapping case
