The Ministry asserts that neither personal people nor organizations maintain any authorization to recruit people for the Abroad Employment Programme.
In accordance with the Employment Company’s Act, the Ministry of Labour & Social Safety stands as the only entity endowed with the authorized authority to rearrange agricultural employment alternatives abroad.
Report Suspected Fraud to Regulation Enforcement
The ministry is advising those that suspect they might have fallen sufferer to fraud or scams, and the Ministry urges them to report the matter to their nearest Police Station.
